Who should use Premier Parcel?
Anyone that receives packages should sign up! Premier Parcel offers a safe, simple way to pick up packages of any kind, including perishable goods and oversized items. By using our secure locker systems, you can be assured that your deliveries will never be lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or fall victim to rainstorms ever again.
How is Premier Parcel different from other package lockers?
Unlike other locker systems, Premier Parcel lets you receive any kind of package (including refrigerated and oversized items) from any sender, whether it’s cookies from your great aunt or a high-tech gadget from an e-commerce store. We also accept deliveries from any courier service, like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and more.
How do I pick up my package?
You will receive a delivery notification via text, email, or app notification that contains a unique access code. Once you have an access code:
- Come to the covered parking garage at The Corners of Brookfield and locate the package center near the entrance to Sendik’s.
- Go to the locker tower indicated in your notification.
- Press the orange “Parcel Pick-Up” button on the kiosk touchscreen.
- Scan the barcode on your app or enter the 6-digit access code provided in your delivery notification.
- Retrieve your package from the locker once it opens.
Can I have perishable items delivered? (e.g. groceries, meal kits)
Absolutely! We have refrigerated lockers available for perishable items, sized at 10 5/8″ H x 15″ W x 19 1/2″ D. Please note if a package is too large for refrigerated lockers, it will be delivered to a standard locker.
What’s the maximum package size? What if it my package won’t fit in a locker?
Our largest locker is 15.5” x 23” x 37”. If your package exceeds this, it will be stored in our oversized package room. You will receive a delivery notification with information on how to pick up your oversized package.
What Happens If...?
What happens if I can’t pick up my package right away?
Never worry about missing a delivery! We’ll keep your package safe in a locker for up to 3 days at no cost. If your package will be in the locker longer than this, there will be a small storage fee. If you know you’ll be away for an extended period of time, you can set your account to Vacation mode. Instructions for using Vacation mode are available on the Parcel Pending support website.
What if a package arrives while I’m out of town?
A perk of using Premier Parcel is that you don’t have to leave boxes on your doorstep while you’re away. While you’re out of town, you can set your account to Vacation mode, which allows you to keep your packages safely stored until you return. Instructions for using Vacation mode are available on the Parcel Pending support website.
What if I can’t reach taller lockers?
You can change your locker preferences to ensure your packages are placed in lockers 4 feet from the ground or lower. Couriers are notified of this preference, and our system will automatically select lockers that meet your preferences. Instructions for updating your locker preferences are available on the Parcel Pending support website.
What if I’m sent an unexpected package? How will I know it’s arrived?
Holiday gifts, birthday surprises, care packages, and more–never miss another unplanned delivery. You will receive a notification for the arrival of any package that is shipped with your name and member number, whether you expected it or not!
What happens if a package arrives for someone who doesn’t have a Premier Parcel account?
Some couriers will return the package back to their “hub” and attempt to re-deliver at a later date, while others will return to the original sender. Be sure to sign up for Premier Parcel as soon as possible so you can easily receive your packages. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an introductory email and access to detailed instructions for setting up your account and technology to start receiving deliveries.
Data & Security
What security is in place to protect my package?
Your package is secured inside a high-tech locker in our package center. To access the locker, you will be provided with a unique barcode and access code. For extra security, our locker system takes a picture upon access to capture the identity of the user. The package center is located within our well-lit covered parking garage.
How do I know my data and payment information is secure?
The security and privacy of your data is a top priority. Credit card information is collected directly by Stripe, a leading payment gateway that is PCI-compliant. Premier Parcel does not transmit or store payment information of any type. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Policies
Can other people from my household share my account?
You can add up to 4 total members of your household (including yourself) to your Premier Parcel subscription at no extra cost. Each unique user should register an account under your membership.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We’d be sad to see you go, but we understand that plans change! You can cancel your Premier Parcel subscription for free at any time. Just be sure to make arrangements for any upcoming deliveries. Your access to Premier Parcel will be removed 3 days after canceling your membership.
If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use Premier Parcel until the account cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.
