To get started, simply sign up for a Premier Parcel account. We offer multiple subscription plans with different billing options to suit your preferences. No matter which one you pick, your Premier Parcel plan includes unlimited package pickups from our secure lockers.
Set up our technology tools.
After you’ve selected your plan and signed up for Premier Parcel, our technology partner, Parcel Pending will be notified. You’ll receive final instructions to complete your registration so you can view your account. Their technology powers our locker systems and you’ll love how easy and secure it is to check the status of your packages!
Schedule your package delivery.
It’s time for packages! With Premier Parcel, you can receive any size of package from any person or business, sent through any courier service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Simply provide the Premier Parcel shipping address when entering your shipment information and sit back while we handle the details.
Get delivery notifications.
Once your package arrives, you’ll be notified by our technology partner – you can choose to be notified via their mobile app, SMS text messages, or email. The notification will include a personalized barcode that will give you (and only you) the ability to access the package center and open the locker where your delivery is stored.
Retrieve your package!
Swing by The Corners of Brookfield and enter our covered parking structure. Our package room is located near the entrance to Sendik’s. Use the provided barcode and access number to open the locker that contains your package. Grab your item and go–or stop for a coffee and a quick shopping trip!
