Email Communications
If you haven’t already, you should soon receive an email from Premier Parcel, confirming that your new account has been created. This email will prompt you to log in to your account and choose a secure password.
Within 24-48 hours, you will also receive a welcome email from our technology partner, Parcel Pending. Once you have received both emails, you can complete the account setup process.
Setting Up Your Account
After these confirmation emails from Premier Parcel and Parcel Pending have both arrived, you can start setting up your account! Follow the prompts through the Parcel Pending email to finish filling out your account information – you’ll enter your notification preferences & credit card information for any storage fees you may accrue.
You’ll also be able to set vacation mode & set up your locker preferences directly through the Parcel Pending account.
The Membership Information page also includes in-depth answers about the features of your Premier Parcel membership, like using Vacation Mode and updating your locker preferences.
Using Premier Parcel
Secure package pickup couldn’t be any simpler. Throughout your entire time living above The Corners of Brookfield, you’ll have 24/7 access to a convenient package center next to Sendik’s. Any time a package arrives for you, it will be stored in a locker until you come to retrieve it. Prompt mobile and email notifications keep you informed about the status of your items.
If you have multiple people living in your apartment (e.g. spouse, children, roommate), don’t worry about needing additional memberships! Up to 4 total members of your household, including you, can be included on your Premier Parcel membership at no additional cost.
Moving Out
Your Premier Parcel membership is yours to use and enjoy during the entire time you live at The Corners. If you choose to move out, your membership will be set to expire three days after the end of your lease. You won’t need to take any additional steps to cancel the service.
Of course, we would love for you to keep using Premier Parcel even after you’ve moved away! If you would like to continue your membership, please contact the Premier Parcel team before your lease is over. We can help you choose the right plan for you and get your account ready to keep receiving packages.

Why is this service being offered?
Our goal is to simplify package pickups for all apartment residents at The Corners of Brookfield. That means no more cluttered package rooms, missing items, or surprise deliveries that you never even knew arrived. Premier Parcel is streamlined and secure to give you the best possible pickup experience.
What if I want to use Premier Parcel before I move in?
Your Premier Parcel membership is available to you as of the first day of your lease. If you’d like to use the service before you move in, please contact our team for assistance.
Can my roommate or spouse use my membership?
You can add up to 3 additional members through your Parcel Pending account – head to your account and click on “My Occupants” tab.
Where will my mail go?
Regular “snail mail” will still be delivered to the mailbox for your apartment as usual. If USPS is the courier for a very small package, it’s possible that this package will end up in your mailbox and not in a Premier Parcel locker. In this case, you will not receive an arrival notification from Premier Parcel.
Is there a limit to how many packages I can receive through Premier Parcel?
Get as many shipments as you like–your Premier Parcel subscription includes unlimited package pickups!
Can I send outbound packages through Premier Parcel?
At this time, Premier Parcel can only be used for inbound shipments.
What if I’m having furniture or another large item delivered?
If your item is being shipped from a retailer for you to unbox/assemble, it will be brought to the package center and placed in our oversized package room. You will receive an alert that your package has been delivered.
However, if your large item is being delivered by a team to your apartment, you will need to coordinate this delivery with the Apartment Leasing Office. (As an example, a table from Wayfair will be shipped to the Premier Parcel locker room, but a table ordered from Steinhafel’s for delivery will be coordinated through the Leasing Office).
Can the general public use this service?
Soon, Premier Parcel will be made available to the public, including Corners shoppers. Apartment residents will have exclusive access to the service before the public launch.
Will I be assigned a specific locker?
Lockers are not assigned. At the time of delivery, the courier service chooses the appropriate locker for the size of the package. If you would like to request lockers that are lower to the ground, this preference can be selected once your account is set up.
Can any courier deliver to Premier Parcel?
Yes, any courier is able to deliver, if they are registered with the Premier Parcel team – all major couriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS (United States Postal Service) & Amazon are all registered. If you’d like to register a courier/delivery company please contact our team!
